First, rubber includes PVC and silicone. And PVC and silicone belong to rubber. Second, Silicone is more shiny and smooth in appearance. And PVC products are rougher than silicone products.
Judging from the hand feel, silicone is much soft than PVC, with good toughness and elasticity. PVC, as soft rubber, is relatively less hard. However, we can add a softener when making PVC labels, and it will be softer.
Third, PVC material includes ordinary material and eco-friendly material, also called ATBC-PVC. Silicone can pass ROHS certification and is safe, non-toxic than rubber and PVC.
Finally, rubber and PVC are cheaper than silicone. But, rubber has much wider use in many products. Finally, Silicone products emit white smoke when they burn, while rubber products emit black smoke when they burn.
Can rubber labels, PVC labels and silicone labels customized for clothing?
